In general this means that a PCS is based full-time in a local school where they work one with one and in groups with children who have self-referred or been referred by teachers, parents or other childcare professionals. The emphasis is child-centred rather than problem-centred.

It is also our policy not to recruit and train someone until three years’ full funding has been promised.
